Organic foods are regular foods that are grown with a set of norms to raise the level of standards. You cannot easily distinguish the organic from the non-organic because the two have no difference at all in appearance. The important of organic farming is a real big deal but for farmers in various poor countries, organic farming is a tough matter. Organic fertilizers are costly, and the reduction of pesticides and chemicals also risk the crops from immaterial loss due to pests and insects.
First, take the high cost of organic fertilizers. The price varies accordingly to the usage or purpose of the fertilizers. Because crops need organic fertilizers to reinforce the nutrients from natural resources, it is really a big thing for farmers to buy organic fertilizers. But can they afford it?
Not so. Most of these poor farmers in various countries do not have the equal financial operational means to lobby or buy fertilizers. The high price of organic fertilizers and the incapacity of farmers to buy them cause a tremendous break down of organic farming in poor countries.
Moreover, organic crops do not yield much as non-organic ones. There are no chemicals that are used to enhance the capacity of the crop to produce more. The low yield and high risk of damage tend to dramatically throw away farmers from using organic fertilizers.
Price Level
money or the finances of the organic farming is a main thing to consider. It is very important to take the best care of this aspect and see how the market works for farmers in poor countries.
1. Organic fertilizers are costly decreasing the chance of farmers to make use of it. They need to buy high priced fertilizers in order to run an organic farm.
2. From the far, organic crops or produce are not given regards. Why? Poor countries do not have a god reinforcement of the usage of organic foods. People do not buy them and so the price must go lower than the usual in other countries.
3. Basically, farmers do suffer from high generation for operational purposes but they do not have high price crops due to lack of demand. To put the case on, crops are exported to various countries. The price may go a little high but not that good.
If you say, organic farmers are doing their best to give organic foods, that is true. But for most poor countries farmers, organic farming is a debauchery.
